    • Any headings used in this Agreement do not affect interpretation.
    • North Bay Casino's failure to exercise its rights under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver.

13. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and North Bay Casino with respect to use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings (oral or written) regarding such subject matter.

14. Amendments

North Bay Casino reserves the right to modify this Agreement at its sole discretion by posting a revised version on its website.

Acceptance
By accessing and/or using the North Bay Casino Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as stated above.
